• Sharing and Support: Start by sharing your current challenges with the group. This is your chance to voice your struggles and receive suggestions and resources from others who have faced similar issues.
• Focused Coaching: Each session features targeted coaching on a key topic identified through a quick poll or common      themes from the group. Topics include mindset, resilience, and balancing personal and professional demands.
• Interactive Discussion: Engage in open discussions about the coaching topic, explore practical strategies, and address any additional questions or concerns.
• Celebration of Wins: End on a positive note by sharing and celebrating recent achievements, no matter how small.      Recognize and build on your successes as a group.
