As a Business to Business Sales Representative at Imperfect Pathways, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with businesses, both locally and nationally, to cultivate partnerships centered around mental health and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to businesses to introduce Imperfect Pathways' services, including individual coaching, mental health training programs, custom Employee Assistance Program (EAP) development, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and aspirations.
Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand our reach and build a strong professional network.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the mental health or wellness industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for making a positive impact.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to work on a commission-only basis, with flexibility in hours based on income goals.
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Sales and Marketing or comparable field.
At least 3 years experience in B2B sales.

Imperfect Pathways is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Speaking Engagement Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to identify potential speaking engagements aligned with Jane Nady's expertise and target audience.
Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to secure speaking opportunities at conferences, seminars, corporate events, and other platforms.
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals and applications for speaking engagements.
Coordinate logistics and details for confirmed speaking engagements, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, conference organizers, and industry contacts.
Track and manage speaking engagements in a detailed and organized manner.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns for speaking engagements.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales and marketing experience.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, email).

The Coach Training will be purchased by the applicant. You will be a Master Certified Coach by the end of the course and be employed by Imperfect Pathways. A non-compete will be signed prior to the Coaching Course as the cource dives deep into coaching practices that sets Imperfect Pathways apart from their competitors.
