We are looking for new coaches to add to our growing team at Imperfect Pathways. We welcome coaches with expertise in various specializations to help our clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
This is a commission-based position where the earning potential is limitless, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule and determine your income based on the number of clients you serve.

Imperfect Pathways is a leading provider of personalized coaching services dedicated to fostering mental wellness and empowerment. Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, guiding them towards personal growth and development.
Network and market yourself to attract new clients and grow your coaching practice.
Collaborate with clients to set goals, create action plans, and track progress.
Utilize Imperfect Pathways’ evidence-based coaching techniques and tools to support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving success.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all coaching interactions.
Maintain training and knowledge in current methods and standards.
Excellent communication skills and active listening techniques.
Qualifications
Completion of Imperfect Pathways' coaching program (cost varies between $999-$1800, exceptions may apply based on experience and education level).
Relevant experience and certification in coaching or related fields preferred.
Personal experience in the area of specialization and demonstrated success in overcoming similar challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for helping others thrive.
Age 21+
Drug Testing Required
Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in Mental Health or Behavioral Health related degrees
Experience in overcoming your coaching area of interest.
Sales & Marketing Experience
Networking experience
Proficiency in basic computer skills and computer software such as, but not limited to:
Google Suite (Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

As a Business to Business Sales Representative at Imperfect Pathways, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with businesses, both locally and nationally, to cultivate partnerships centered around mental health and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to businesses to introduce Imperfect Pathways' services, including individual coaching, mental health training programs, custom Employee Assistance Program (EAP) development, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and aspirations.
Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand our reach and build a strong professional network.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the mental health or wellness industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for making a positive impact.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to work on a commission-only basis, with flexibility in hours based on income goals.
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in Sales and Marketing or comparable field.
At least 3 years experience in B2B sales.
