About the event
There are few resources for adults with ADHD so Jane Nady, Master Certified Mindset/Trauma & ADHD Coach, and fellow ADHD Adult provides a space where professionally diagnosed adults with ADHD can join to find information, support, encouragement, and most of all understanding. Our group is a space where you can feel free to be yourself unapologetically. To register, you must be age 18 or older and have an ADHD diagnosis from a professionally trained medical/mental professional.
You will receive and email with a Zoom link upon registration.
