About the event
There are few resources for adults with ADHD so Jane Nady, Master Certified Mindset/Trauma & ADHD Coach and fellow ADHD Adult provides a space where professionally diagnosed adults with ADHD can join to find information, support, encouragement and most of all understanding. Our group is a space where you can feel free to just be yourself, unapologetically. To register you must be age 18 or older and have an ADHD diagnosis from a professionally trained medical/mental professional.
