Jane Nady, MCPC, M.Ed., is the driving force behind Imperfect Pathways, where she serves as the owner and lead instructor. With a Master's degree in Education, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in education and mental health to her work. Jane is a Master Certified Mindset, Resilience, and ADHD Coach, as well as a recognized Human Behavior Expert. Her background includes roles as a first responder and as the Suicide Prevention Coordinator for the Iowa National Guard, where she trained soldiers across the state in critical mental health strategies.

Jane's expertise extends beyond traditional education. She is a master educator who has trained and spoken to diverse audiences across the United States, earning a reputation for her engaging, impactful, and effective courses, keynote speeches, and coaching practices. Her unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience makes her a respected figure in the mental health field and among her peers.
